Speaking of which, the only warranties applicable by purchase of the products are when purchasing with the manufacturers’ warranties. The Clear-For-Life aquariums are warranted to the original purchaser only against leaks due to the manufacturer’s workmanship, as long as the aquarium is in her or his possession. However, this warranty is limited only under the conditions of additions; modifications or changes made to the aquarium by the purchaser alone and not by the manufacturer is void. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damages done to the aquarium if it has been abused or mishandled so as to cause leaks in the aquarium. Damages also brought about by use inappropriate stands that are not recommended for the aquarium because it doesn’t provide full and solid support to the entire bottom or because it gives scratches and crazing by use of cleaning materials that are not strictly for acrylic will also void this warranty. This warranty is only limited to the repair or replacement and the liability of the manufacturer is limited to the replacement value of the aquarium only and shall not be liable for the replacement of livestock or any consequential damages. In order for you to receive this warranty, the warranty card must be filled out completely and returned within ten days after the receipt of purchase. Upon discovery of the defect you must immediatey notify and send freight prepaid to Aquarium Design, c/o Advance Aqua Tanks, 525 W. 130th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90061 with a proof of purchase from Aquarium Design.
